Secretary 1 – Is there anything to eat? I'm hungry. Secretary 2 – I'm afraid there's nothing. Yesterday there was some butter and a little bread but Fiona has had them for breakfast this morning. Secretary 1 – OK. I'll have a sweet. I've left some on my desk. Secretary 2 – Don't eat too many sweets! Secretary 1 – Don't worry. I'll take only a few. Is there any urgent work to do? Secretary 2 – There's too much work to do and I think I won't have enough time to finish it. The telephone is ringing constantly. There are lots of phone calls and my diary is full of appointments. The computer does not work properly so I can't open any file. The only thing that works is the printer but I can't use it because there's no paper. Moreover, I've got some urgent work to print for tomorrow and a lot of documents to send. Secretary 1 – How many files do you have to print? Secretary 2 – Three or four. Secretary 1 – I'll ask John to buy some print paper and meanwhile I'll staple and send all those documents. Secretary 2 – Thank you for your help. You don't know how much I appreciate it.
