On Tuesday afternoon at five o'clock I was with my little brother and my friends at the playground next to my school. Mary was playing marbles with Monica, and Peter and Sofia were playing cards near them. Sam was sitting on a swing and Katherine was in front of him bouncing a basketball. I was on the see-saw next to the slide looking at the children who were in the sandpit playing with shovels and buckets. I was sure my little brother was queuing to slide down. Suddenly, I heard a shout. I recognised my brother's voice. He was sitting under a tree. I thought he was crying. I ran to him. 'What are you doing? Are you OK?,' I asked him very worried. He didn't answer to me. He stood up in a second and ran to the see-saw. He sat on the seat I had left free and burst out laughing. After that, I noticed my little brother had made fun of me. All my friends laughed at me, too. It was ridiculous. | Some prepositions of place |
